I can't wait to work out with Lou again! She is an excellent instructor. She is very accommodating in terms of tailoring the poses and exercises to your needs, abilities and goals. Lou is very attentive to whether you are doing things correctly (so you don't hurt yourself and you maximize the benefits of the class) and is good at helping you make necessary adjustments. I highly recommend working out with her.
Lou's workouts are the best! I have been to many of her classes over the past several years. After recovering from a low back injury, she was right there with specific exercises to continue to strengthen my core, and prevent pain. Her classes are also so much fun & energetic, & I always come out feeling invincible and heaIthy. I highly recommend her classes!
