The most awesome workout I've ever had!  Can I rate higher than five stars? Through my workout, Brendalou showed me how to strengthen my core in a gentle way that did not overextend me or leave me feeling sore. She guided me through a series of gentle moves. I ended my workout feeling stronger yet even more relaxed. Highly recommend!

Lou led a great Pilates session emphasizing correct form throughout. She was continually checking in with me to make sure I was working out at the correct level. I highly recommend her as I could not have been more pleased.

Lou's workouts are the best!  I have been to many of her classes over the past several years.  After recovering from a low back injury, she was right there with specific exercises to continue to strengthen my core, and prevent pain.  Her classes are also so much fun & energetic, & I always come out feeling invincible and healthy.  I highly recommend her classes

Lou is awesome! I loved the Vinyasa-style yoga practice that she took me through. I was short on time so only signed up for a 30-minute session, but Lou was able to take me through a solid yoga flow that helped me build strength and flexibility. I look forward to working out with Lou again soon!
