How Do Private Yoga Sessions Work?
Application & Consultation:
To get started with private yoga, you complete an application that will provide me with a picture of where you are now- your fitness level, yoga experience, health history & concerns, as well as your goals. Once I review your application, I will send you a link to schedule a consultation to go over your information and we will discuss how private yoga can best work for you to help you achieve your goals.
Initial Assessment Session:
In our initial session, we will go through a series of foundational yoga poses and assess your body's strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and abilities. This will enable me to find the best variations for your body, so we can create a strong solid foundation for your yoga practice. We will go over your goals and review a customized homework sequence for you to do between sessions.
Customized Yoga Sequence:
After your session, you will receive a personalized yoga sequence based on your needs, initial assessment, and goals. You will also receive your personalized yoga progress tracking kit to help you keep track of your yoga practice.
Private Yoga Sessions are $97 for a single session, with discounts for multiple session packages. Clients experience maximum results & value with consistent practice over time. Ideally, private lessons are best when experienced in 3-5 sessions. The first assessment session focuses on analysis of your body’s abilities, limitations, & needs. This allows us to develop goals and a customized approach for success. In subsequent sessions we work on form, alignment, technique, and variations that are best for your body, as it adapts. This ensures that you have the tools you need to continue your practice at home and develop a routine that fits into your daily life.
