Three tips for getting into crow pose

Who is working on crow pose? It's always fun to see what people have to say once they get it. If you are working on this pose, here are three tips to help you on your journey: 

1. Keep the head and chest lifted, like in chaturunga. Don't look down! ‬

‪2. Draw the navel to the spine and engage the pelvic floor to keep you light in this pose. It's all in the core! ‬

‪3. If you have trouble staying up, work on lifting one foot at a time, focusing on tips 1 & 2. Alternate feet slowly, with control. 

Keep working on this, and one day you will find that both feet will seem to float up! ‬‪Give it a try and let me know what you think! What other tips do you find helpful in crow pose?
